These two rookies are artificial intelligences! TurboJD knows where the ball will fall when the shot is fired, Podz knows where the opponent will run three plays in advance!
50 years from now, whatever else happens in basketball, 268 will still be on the books. Of all the records that Steph has, that one to me is the most impressive. Next closest - Steph Curry at 157. Astounding. All good things must come to an end, but that's one I'm glad I got to see.
I totally blame Fitz and Kelenna for putting the whammy on him by laughing about in the third quarter as if there were *no* chance he wouldn't hit a three in his last couple of 6-8 minute stints,
Are we keeping Podz in the starting lineup when Dray returns or have Dray replace Loon? Is this Wiggins 6th man thing permanent? I don’t want to predict anything anymore
For them to have a chance, Wiggins has to play like he did in 2022.
He should be their second best player.
They are so small if Podz starts and Looney is not playing well.
It really depends on so many factors.Maybe TJD takes a leap and gets consistent minutes which I believe they need.
They need more athleticism and Looney maybe becomes a guy who plays about 10 minutes.
A lot depends on Kuminga and if he can continue to improve faster.
We are all assuming Green comes back and plays great but that is not a given and you still have Payton and his minutes and injury history, so not depending on him.
Payton takes minutes from Podz, Moody and JK.
This is the toughest coaching situation Kerr has ever faced.
We will find out this season how great a coach he is or isn’t.
The good things about benching Draymond on his return are that a) it should keep him more humble and b) it somewhat detaches the team from depending on him so much, which is progress considering his reliability.
Admittedly, a small sample size -- certainly not proof. But it was arguably his best game of the year. Obviously, they'll need to watch and see, but if he continues to play well off the bench (and I think some guys do better that way, as well as some doing worse), I'd be reluctant to make him a starter. He can still play starter minutes, if his play warrants it.
I've wondered if this isn't a little like Harrison Barnes and Andre Iguodala. The veteran accepts coming off the bench for the sake of the team because the young guy plays better as a starter.
To be fair a lot of their losses were with key players injured, they’re probably a bit better than the numbers show, but obviously still not great lol.
Why are Fitz and Kelenna ballwashing the Warriors so much? You don't get points for clutchness when you blow a 22 point third quarter lead against the Blazers and win on a random ending.
A welcome return to the prior days of maximizing dollar value on draft choices - guys with three/four years of college are ready to play, and their playing time is cheap.

Klay talking about “Baby T” lol
Who is that?
TJD’s nickname until he gets an NBA double-double.
Love it.
Imagine how different we'd feel if Sharpe had pulled up and sunk a game-winning 3 at the buzzer?
We are now 11 and 11 in random endings. Lets quit those while we are ahead and blow some people out before other teams come up heads 8 times in a row.
There will be blood for Kerr and Loon
Imagine how different we’d feel if OKC hadn’t had two prayer three point plays to steal wins against us?
We also hit 2 b2b .4 game winners early in the season
True. Plus another 5-6 other games we crapped away late...
Or if it was a blocking foul and the shot went in. Game of inches.

He has plenty of time to set new records, I accept bets that he will play one season together with Canon (SG, obviously)
Next one starts Tuesday

How's that called? In Italian it's "gufare" literally "to owl"
I will take a low 7 point game from Steph if it means having 25 points from Wiggins and 28 from Klay and getting a WIN.
1. No major injuries
2. WIN
Everything else is basically immaterial.

Or we trade Dray and that's it? You know, just in case he still thinks that punching rookies in the face is a good idea.
They won't be trading Dray just FYI
He hasn't punched any rookies in the face as far as I know lol
The rate of cerebral growth of JP is 1/3 of normal, so technically it counts as a punch to a rookie
The good things about benching Draymond on his return are that a) it should keep him more humble and b) it somewhat detaches the team from depending on him so much, which is progress considering his reliability.
Well Kerr went with Wiggs over JK in 4th. If he keeps playing like this, I won't be surprised if moves back to starting line up
Why move him back to the starting lineup if he is playing much better as a super sub?
It was one game so how is he playing much better as a super sub?
Admittedly, a small sample size -- certainly not proof. But it was arguably his best game of the year. Sorry. The man has been a starter his entire career. He has started every game as a Warrior except the last few.
He is clearly their second best player if he is playing with !00% effort and intensity.
He wants to start and deserves to start and is not at the same level as Kuminga.
Their only chance for success this year is if he gets back to playing like he did in 2022 game in and game out.
Benching him may have woken him up and even the mild mannered Wiggins has an ego.
Do not mess with him and disrespect him if he starts playing hard again every night.
Agreed. If the team keeps winning, no reason to change the lineup. Kuminga should get the same reign that Wiggins did
I've wondered if this isn't a little like Harrison Barnes and Andre Iguodala. The veteran accepts coming off the bench for the sake of the team because the young guy plays better as a starter.
Steph/Podz/Klay/Kuminga/TJD
Dray off bench :)
Draymond can close at center, but I don't think Kerr wants to go to that well all game long.
Play TJD if Loon doesn't get better.
Podz 10/5/5/1
TJD: 14/8/3/2 in 18 minutes
MDJ FTW.
Calling a monster game by Wiggs against Celtics
Take THAT mighty Trailblazers!!!!! We are DOMINANT in this league, we -- what? Their record is what?
6-19?
DON'T CARE. Win's a win.
To be fair a lot of their losses were with key players injured, they’re probably a bit better than the numbers show, but obviously still not great lol.
Our PFs combined for 37 and 11 shooting 6-9 from 3.
Get some rest Steph. We will need you on Tuesday.
Why are Fitz and Kelenna ballwashing the Warriors so much? You don't get points for clutchness when you blow a 22 point third quarter lead against the Blazers and win on a random ending.
"Ballwashing" ha ha!
wow these rookies
Strategic shift in drafting paying off!
A welcome return to the prior days of maximizing dollar value on draft choices - guys with three/four years of college are ready to play, and their playing time is cheap.
So much
Steph 15 3s game confirmed on Tuesday
Gonna need it against Boston
268 is a long streak
*THE STREAK IS DEAD. LONG LIVE THE STREAK!*
Didn't the last streak end in finals ?
Just to clarify, because you are also correct, he had a 233 game streak end in the finals that covered regular season and playoff games.
Regular and post season are separately tracked
Regular season record.
i think this was a regular season streak
