Report from Chase:
1) I did not know how many rows there were in the upper deck, but I do now. We were waaaay up there.
2) My kids were impressed by how many times the Warriors won a challenge or review - and they learned what a flagrant foul is.
3) It was a bummer to not see Steph, but the game was much more competitive and exciting without him.
4) That said, the first half of the second quarter was quite terrible, but we were fortunately buying pizza.
5) Kuminga looked super rusty and terrible, but just as I started to groan when he took threes he started hitting them.
6) Crowd was pretty low-energy, but they did give Looney a nice welcome home.
7) GPII is fun to watch.
8) Draymond versus Zion is also very fun to watch - unstoppable force vs. immovable object.
9) There are a lot of numbers up on the scoreboard, and I was comparing the Warriors shooting % to the Pelicans effective % for most of the game. Took until my second beer to realize that the Pelicans were shooting about 35%.
10) Speaking of beer, I think the prices are about 3 bucks higher at Warriors games than Valkyries games.
11) Gonna have to go back to see Steph. Looking forward to it.
