Final Score: Warriors outlast Rockets 121-108, snap road losing streak
Are Rockets the only team in the league the Warriors feel like beating on the road?
DAMN THAT FEELS GOOD! After 11 straight freakin’ road losses in a row, the Golden State Warriors said enough is enough, dammit.
They put on an exciting fourth quarter effort to finish off the Houston Rockets with a flourish, prevailing 121-108 in a must win contest. Normally I don’t call a March game a “must win” for any dynasty defending an NBA championship. Not when they have three future Hall-of-Famers in active duty and an All-Star like Andrew Wiggins and a turbocharged cadre of bench players like Gary Payton II, Jonathan Kuminga, and Donte DiVincenzo.
NOT WHEN THEY GOT A GAMER LIKE KEVON LOONEY WHO CAME UP BIG TONIGHT WITH 11 POINTS AND 10 REBOUNDS IN 24 GRITTY MINUTES.
LET’S GO! Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson aka THE SPLASH BROS aka THE GREATEST SHOOTERS aka FOUR FINGERS did what they do… lay the smackdown on Houston with style and grace.
Thank you Houston for yet another wonderful boost in dopamine for Dub Nation. We can always count on you to bring us joy…which we immediately weaponized to crush your arena’s spirit.
HOW BOUT DEM WARRIORS?! 37-36 RECORD! CLIMBING UP THE LADDER IN THE WEST ALL THE WAY TO GLORY! PRAY FOR WIGGINS! And we’ve got some good rumors about GP2 don’t we?
WHOOOO I FEEL LIKE HOLDING FOUR FINGERS UP RIGHT NOW.
RIP Willis Reed
