Eric - thanks for the blackboard sessions. 2 suggestions.
• Some of your tutorials could be a bit shorter, without losing their message. It's like when writing, I try not to fall in love with all of my words.😉 Just sayin'.
• Don't think I've seen, from you or anyplace else, a video session that 'simply' follows all of Steph's movement WITHOUT THE BALL! Everybody talks about it, yet it seems to be 'missing'. Am I wrong about that? Something like that ould easily become a staple of ESPN, NBA TV, HBO ,,, really any coverage of Roundball.
A master class in running the baseline, figure 8s through the lane, running thru 2 or 3 picks to get an open shot at the top of the key / on the wing / in the corner ... and when none of that works, setting great picks, often on much bigger men. He's a fearless perpetual motion machine.
When watching games, I'll often reverse and rewatch some of these 'plays'. It's one of those magical ingredients that has contributed to the 'light years' Warriors greatness.
Steph is a true marvel, and haven't even mentioned his shooting ... oh damn, I just did! 😄
Note: I don't want the Warriors to win the NBA Cup because of the extra game, but the way these groups shook out is insane:
Group A: OKC, MIN, then 3 bad teams (Utah, Phoenix, Sacramento)
Group B: LAC, LAD, then 3 mediocre/bad teams (Dallas, Memphis, New Orleans)
...
Group C: Warriors, Nuggets, Rockets, Spurs, Blazers. Arguably 4 of the 5 best teams in the West and frisky upstart that I think could make the play-in.
He was off tonight, but he got lots of help from LaRavia (27 points, 10/11 FGs!!!!!!), Ayton (17 points, 8/11 FGs), Hachimura (17 points, 7/14 FGs), and Knecht (15 points, 7/12 FGs).
Interesting that Terry Stotts' wheel play looks like it has finally bitten the dust. Dubs tried it a few times last year but it took so long to develop and rarely led to anything but a contested three as the shot clock wound down.
Pelicans blown out by the Nuggets 122-88. JP came off the bench to go 2/11 from the field (1/7 from three) and was -35 in 22 minutes. That Pelicans club is a sorry bunch right now, and they already gave up an unprotected first to the Hawks to move up a few spots to get at a guy at #13. Fan base should sue them for malpractice.
That video was almost 9 minutes long and it was more than 7 minutes in until a Warrior actually hit a shot. I know we're just looking at how the play works and not the result, but now I have e1ptsd ... ;p

Moody questionable vs Milwaukee with right thumb soreness.

These injuries must be so frustrating for Moody. He’s clearly set to make some kind of leap this season, and this is just thwarting that.
LOVE the Magnum PI music as theme for Pat. That’s a keeper Eric.

LOL.
I desperately want the Warriors to win the NBA Cup.
Let’s get that hardware baby, what is one extra game in the pursuit of greatness!!!
Man the Clippers not only get to play 3 bad teams but also a baseball team probably preoccupied with the current World Series in the LAD?
🤦
Dodgers probably foul Harden like 30 times. Silver continues to show preferential treatment to the Clippers and Ballmer.
Grizzlies barely beat the Suns 114-113. Grizzlies next opponent are the Lakers on Friday.
*bearly beat - I'll let myself out now...
"I'll let myself out now" should be ursine off phrase from now on
One of my favorites so far, great work EP! Excited to see how they continue to evolve with a full year of both air and earth bending
Reaves is a stud, sadly
Good news is he may be playing himself out of the Lakers
28 points, 9/24 FGs, 3/11 threes, 7/7 FTs
1 rebound, 16 assists, 3 turnovers, 2 steals
He was off tonight, but he got lots of help from LaRavia (27 points, 10/11 FGs!!!!!!), Ayton (17 points, 8/11 FGs), Hachimura (17 points, 7/14 FGs), and Knecht (15 points, 7/12 FGs).
Averaging 10 assists a game at the moment
I don't like him but my basis is flimsy. He's clearly good.
My reasoning goes something like this: LA.
Legit
He's a foul grifter but now we have JB so we probably shouldn't criticize that as much as we used to.
Hypocrisy seems to be in vogue, so I see no reason why we shouldn’t indulge.
I don't agree with using a foul to give up 1 with 7.1 seconds left that easily, now if you foul Reaves you're going to lose.
Or you could just let Gobert get himself out of position. Draymond would never….
Yeah what was Rudy doing there?
LOLakers
Reaves, you ain't that guy
I blame you
Acceptable
Your humility is admirable
This comment did not age well.
or he is
C'mon Wolves!!!

The promise to do better next time has returned! Eric is once again guaranteeing a monotonic increase in the quality of E1Ps!
<Golf clap> for the use of monotonic increase.
Ha! I thought you were just going to ignore the JB reaction to Buddy's miss.
AD getting injured and the team looking better without him....is strange.
Rockets rout the Raptors
Celtics rout the Cavs
Pistons rout the Magic
Hawks beat the Nets
Bulls beat the Kings
Mavs barely beat the Pacers
Nuggets crush the Pels
Blazers are up double digits against the Jazz
Lakers are up double digits against the Wolves
Suns-Grizzlies is a close game
Let’s go Wolves!
And the Jays humbling the mighty Dodgers.
Blake Smells pretty bad!
Lolz. Also: I *hate* his goatee! With all due respect to any goatee-wearers, his just screams “dirtbag” to me.
Go Jays!!!!!
Ooohhhh, Caannaaaaddaaaaaa!!!
I'm becoming a Jays fan.
