A list of all Explain One Play articles and videos is at The new Explain One Play index.

Stephen Curry took care of the all-time threes record right away in the 2021.12.14.GSW-NYK game, first with a classic Steph long 3, then with the Andrew Wiggins head tap play. The two teams then had a real rock fight of a game, both showing energetic defense and balky shooting. Then down the stretch, the Warriors pulled out an old play (I wonder which one?) a couple of times to close out a tough game.

Co-starring Andrew Wiggins, Draymond Green, Jordan Poole and Kevon Looney. Also with Alec Burks, Miles McBride, and Julius Randle.
