It's a little thing, but it made me feel just a little jealous, that the E1P got posted to YouTube at least an hour in advance of the official post sharing it here so Loonatic had to bridge the gap. Seeing there was a new video you hadn't told us about [yet] made me wonder what else might be getting uploaded to YouTube without making it to DNHQ.
I think my favorite moment of last night’s sweet, feverish, Stephtastic, and utterly meaningless win was at the 5.5 seconds to go mark in Q4. After Steph brilliantly throws the ball against the Kanged leg to ricochet out, 5 (or was it 7?) teammates rushed over to help him up. Team spirit, sure, but also the obvious move to rush over to help the boss up, so everyone moved as one. So charming and kind.
And yea I know it was a meaningful victory. Team cohesion so damn important. Come together early to prepare for future trials.
Kings win their first game of the preseason by beating the Jazz. Meanwhile, Nuggets and Suns are up double digits against the Clippers and the Lakers, respectively.
Just left open practice and the vibes of this team is top tier. Podz is just dripping with confidence and swagger even during the rookie hazing. Steph had to tell him to chill out so he can host. It feels like Rudy is already a part of this team with the way he’s talking/joking with the guys.
Somewhat OT: after the game, a reporter asked Mike Brown if he was going to rest everybody tonight with the back to back and he basically said, no, we'll play guys after we see how they are feeling. Tonight's starters: Vezenkov, Barnes, McGee, Mitchell and Huerter.
Was waiting for you to call our whoever it was on the bench who was doing the goggles completely out of context. But you’re too nice. So I am calling it out here.
Hahaha in the raw take I actually did criticize Jerome Robinson for the three-goggles but I decided that was possibly a legit celebration, though ambiguous
Was happy for new big guy Saric coz he missed both free throws near the end. Then Steph stephed up. Welcome to the team, Dario. (I think he played for Nintendo before, right?)
The the intensity in the Šarić celebration was hilarious. Reminded me of Bjelly’s “I love you” moment two years ago, but with a passion only a man who got just bailed out after missing two free throws can know.

Moo hahaha
It’s just about giving time for Daniel’s post game article to be highlighted
Safest will be to subscribe on YT to DNHQ channel and, soon, my own YT channel
So, my day today started with ""Damion Lee, Honorary Warrior for Life." Great way to begin!
Eric, is that the first-ever E1P after an exhibition game?
Heh heh… no, I’ve done preseason games in the past. I planned to sit out this preseason, but that game was too wild to resist

Might not have loved his D or his usage, but this is a great quote!
Oh E1P yes it’s a Dubs season!

TJD’s launching arrows could indeed be to honor Usain Bolt or a tribute (SWIDT?) to The Hunger Games. Other candidates:
* Legolas
* Hawkeye
* Ramsay Bolton
I was thinking it was an homage to Mr.Burns' workout regime
Not Ramsay Bolton, please!! The only way to honor him is the way his hungry dogs finally did!
One commenter said it was a Israel Adesanya celebration, and that is looking quite possible to me

Thank you, Eric. The joy of this season has officially started!

Every time I see Vezenkov's name, I think Bizi Bitenko.
"Shoulda bet! Shoulda bet!"
(an Expanse reference)
Gay had the best celebration.
Walked off screen at the bottom, went to the locker room to switch the whirlpool tub on, and then came back. Vet move.
He actually looked mad and depressed but I think it was a “oh Steph you scamp” kind of move
In other words, we have a couple of grumpy senior citizens on the team ... my kinda team!

Forgot about that ... no wonder he was so expressive.
IMHO, any good feelings about TJD have already proven to be rational. I'm close to calling him Loon 2.0.
Perfect E1P for a perfect play. I loved this step back more than all of last season.
Those last few seconds!
