I'm going to just look at a couple of minutes of Jonathan Kuminga’s play in the 2021.11.20-GSW-DET game. He definitely showed some promising stuff and some rookie stuff. He shows flashes of being a good defender with his athleticism and general hustle and the trick is seeing if he can continue to improve his defense within the team scheme.
So all in all, how did the rookie do? A mixed bag with at least one missed rotation, some tentativeness, some right passes too slowly and some special power moves that used his strength well to get to the line.
Co-starring Jordan Poole, Nemanja Bjelica, Chris Chiozza, and Andrew Wiggins. With Cade Cunningham, Frank Jackson and Jerami Grant.

Warriors should see how thirsty kuminga is to play help defense and just stick him at the 5. Let bjelica take some of looneys minutes n play kuminga without bjeli, maybe next to jta so theres another ball handler on the court
