Liking Donte's leadership/communication on defense. He's going to be a good fit.

Hey Folks. Hope everyone in our community is able to connect with folks they love today. This has been my preferred holiday for a long time because it’s simply the breaking of bread with others. Cheers!

Draymond is currently 6 for 18 on the season from three, good for 33% which would be his highest percentage since 2015-2016. But also attempting threes at a career low rate.

On this Thanksgiving, here's what I'm grateful for, in this space:

-- A Warriors team that keeps me entertained. The goal is of course to win, but I'm not here to root for boring sports played by jerks. The Warriors keep it fun, make me happy when they make a ridiculous three or zip the ball along with amazing passes or soar in for a dunk. I remember when Bill Simmons started calling them the best League Pass watch before they were actually winning, maybe Steph's second year, and I heartily agree. I remember for example how good the Utah Stockton-Malone team was, but I never found it entertaining and they both seemed unlikeable. That's the second part: I genuinely like guys like Klay and Steph and Draymond, to the extent one can determine such things when not actually their friend. But I think I'd enjoy hanging out with them.

-- Grateful for the commenters on this site. I've been hanging around here about a year. I would have lasted about two minutes if I'd not found the commenters funny, well-informed, interesting, able to engage in spirited disagreement without rancor, friendly. Thanks to all.

-- Grateful for the people in charge who provide both a space for us to hang out and excellent articles and insight. I will be seeing my brother in law at Thanksgiving and he has long been a Dubs fan, but since I've been coming to this site and he has not, I have been far better informed than he about everything Dubsish. I salute you all.

I'm guessing that Wiggins will eventually regress somewhat to the mean, but right now he has a .607 eFG% and a TS% of .618. He still has some work to do on his free throws though (which is partly why I don't think those numbers are sustainable). It turns out there wasn't anything wrong with Wiggins that couldn't be solved by getting him more open looks.

Thankful for you Mr. Apricot! Would love your thoughts on change in rotation and dray spending more time with the bench. I wonder if that will work or just worked bc the clips were missing their two best players (although they are a pretty deep team). Unfortunately my eye tells me that we really don't have any halfway decent 5 man units without 3 starters playing which is unfortunate but technically sustainable if they all play ~36min a night. Thoughts?

I think we can all agree that a Wiggins' smile is life-affirming and rewarding for all. Except the opponents.

Steph ast/tov per 36…

Career: 6.9 ast / 3.3 tov

Season: 7.5 ast / 2.6 tov

Dude just never ceases to astound.

If inserting Draymond with the second unit helps to teach, wouldn’t a few mins from Andre make for a good teacher’s aide? Any idea when he comes back?

Gotta be honest, the lack of a bench celebration breakdown detracted a good hundredth of a percent from the joy of having an E1P following a game against a "good" team.

I suspect that a good seismologist probably could have detected that Wiggs shot from the collective Warriors fan-base's couch body English being put out into the universe.

I enjoyed the E1P almost as much as the game & Wiggs magical 3-pointer!!
