We need to sign the center version of gp2 and we'll be golden

The flight and game time have me thinking this one will be a disappointment. But if they can squeeze out a win, no matter how ugly, against Cleveland, I'll be real happy.

On Steph's three-game streak; He, Lillard, and Harden all have multiple three-game streaks of eight 3PM or more. Nobody has a four game streak with seven+ 3PM.

So after that OKC game, I noticed the Warriors went from 23rd in OffRtg to 21st.

We got any more games against them? Maybe we can hit league average OffRtg lol

2 more! Part of our 6 game homestand to close the season.

If klay is anything close to what he was we are going to dominate teams next year, I would love for Wisemans role to be scoring with the bench unit instead of being ran with curry and green

Wiseman doesn't even have to reach close to his "ceiling" to be an NBA starter. Hopefully he'll have a lot of time to study while he recuperates, and then a full training camp to get more familiar with the schemes.

I just don't want kerr and the FO to force Wisemans fit with curry and green next year, play him where he fits best, if curry and green have more success without him let him grow playing with the bench

Wiseman fits best as a roll man in a spread offense.

Replacing Oubre with Klay in the starting lineup should go a long way to making that actually viable.

Totally agree, but we see how potent our offense is with a non scoring passing bigman like looney and bogut, that's why I'd like for wiseman to spend time with both, let him run with poole in the second unit and with the starters for six minutes

I think asking him to emulate Looney and Bogut is the wrong approach. They are too different.

In any case, I don't think either Wiseman nor the coaching staff want to see Wiseman be a ball stopping blackhole on offense anyways, and it did seem like Wiseman was making more a point to keep the ball moving in his last few games.

If they want Wiseman to emulate any specific player, Id say look at Chriss last year. He was a roll threat with 16.5 pts per36, but still fully capable of pitching in with 3.4 assists per36.

Man.... we really could've used Chriss this year....

Except my underwear!

Exactly. Like, a healthy Klay may totally make Wiseman’s role easier for him.

In case anyone was wondering, Curry is on pace for 350 threes in a full season.

C’mon back to back victories! Not sure how many times teams have won both games of a back to back this crazy season, but it’s time for the W’s to get it done!

Injuries and unexpected hurdles notwithstanding, I feel like the Warriors could actually go pretty far this year, and if that means we lose a draft pick, I'm okay with that. I think it would do a lot for the fanbase, the franchise, the owners (butts in seats for playoffs) and the team's focus/confidence heading into next season.

The Cavs might be better than their record now playing with Jarret Allen and a healthy Kevin Love., but I can't see their guards putting up any kind of resistance to Curry. Okoro is a rookie and Garland is actually smaller than Curry.

Judging from my profile pic, I’m not worried.

Going to be a rough one for us, catching a plane at 3:30am the night before from OKC means arriving at the hotel probably what 5:30-6am? That's pretty brutal.

Sportsurge dot net is your friend. (Live streams if almost every sport you can imagine.)

I don't know if this is the same one, but you can do a search for "nbastreams reddit" and it will take you to the backup thing I have. It has popup ads but it works.

Geezus.... well, ain't that great. Does anyone know if League Pass is worth it?

Expand full comment

IIRC, League Pass blacks out your local team so is only worth it if you don't live in the area of your favorite team.

Expand full comment

League pass does NOT blackout your local team. I have league pass (warriors only for 120/yr...full LP price is 200) and am in the Kings market. So I get all the Kings stuff as normal. And I get the pre and post game shows for the Warriors, but the games themselves are blacked out.

Now, since I have Dish, none of that is true anymore cause now, I dont get any of the Kings stuff or any of the Warriors pre and post game stuff cause Dish dropped NBC local sports channels. But I still have my Warriors League Pass.

Expand full comment

^^league pass is awesome for me but that’s only cause I live in the northeast. If I lived in the Bay Area it would literally be worth negative money to me.
