A loss is a loss. Hurts a little more against the Lakers. But after 5 wins a loss might be expected. But I really don’t understand this huge home/away difference. Why?
Two words: Anthony Davis. He got it going on the offensive end and was bothering the Warriors when they tried to score in the paint. It feels like the Warriors don't have answer to Davis's defense unless they hit a lot of threes, which they did in the 2nd quarter.
Of course the Lakers without both of their primary PGs turn the ball over just 7 times and don't make a single fucking mistake or miss a single FT down the stretch. Goddamit.
Good mins from Iggy today and Steph looked spry. Positives moving forward. Expecting much better chemistry with the integration of those 2 in the next few games
He’s old and isn’t really good at much anymore. He’s a good locker room dude but I’m not sure playing him over Kuminga in 90% of circumstances makes much sense anymore
And you're right, this was definitely NOT on Andre. He was good within limited expectations. He passed well, only picked up that one foul where he swiped at AD (and he often can disrupt those), a couple of assists, didn't turn it over, even got a block.
hey friends, I put up a short post game, but also, be sure to go check out Daniel's article about his day at Chase with the sea Dubs

Steph and Klay missed two near open 3s That is why both where shaking their heads after the game
Good:
- Steph looks good
- Dray injury is manageable
- Dre didn't hurt himself and had a positive impact (but for last few minutes)
- Apricot gets a break from E1Ps
Bad:
- We lost to LOLakers
- Lamb's 50th game
- Kuminga had a tough game - growing pains, I guess
- Apricot gets a break from E1Ps
bad: lakers closer to the play in
bad: warriors closer to the play in
Bad: Poole's shooting.
Well lets go Ja less Grizz

Just one of those things: like flipping 17 tails out of 20. I keep expecting some regression to the mean, but...
I mean, defense played better. I'm cool with that, I guess

Seems like again we have no answer to a skilled big man who makes play difficult for Looney.
Reminiscent of the nBA finals against Rob Wills

Ah well, at least Eric gets the night off.
Indeed. No "hello everybody" on Monday. 😢

Thank you for the positivity.
I mean if we didn’t spot the lakers a 20 point lead in the first we probably would have won
andre came in - screwed it up - we loose to the f* lakers and now all back to square one!
This loss was not on Andre.
We still have the 5th seat
It's always been hard even when Andre was younger to play a non shooter alongside Draymond. It's a spacing concern.
Andre was +13. This wasn't on him.
I didn't see much to convince me he was a big part of that (+11 actually).
He wasn't great, but didn't stick out negatively either
Agreed. He was... there.
Which is fine. I don't really expect him in the core playoff rotation, unless Dray misses a game or something. Just saying the loss isn't on him.

Welp, WGBP
We Gonna Be Playoffs
Wiggins would have sealed this as a win. Please hurry back, Wiggins.
We could have used GP2 too. Oh well.
I hate this Lakers lineup. This is are the lineup who sucks against other opponents except the Warriors
I hate Reaves.
will be hard to even go 1-2 on this road trip now!
LA Nightlife stays undefeated
I'm developing an entirely unwarranted dislike for Austin Reaves, all out of proportion to his actions.
I'm wanting him to join us....
Ewww
Big 3 definitely wanted this game
