Fun night of basketball. Knicks - 76ers was close and competitive, and not too thuggish. I ended up rooting for Donte and his team, though didn’t care much either way. Light entertainment.

OTOH when Denver was down 20 I calmly asserted that LA would run out of gas and Denver would be in it at the end. Jokic is such a pleasure to watch, thank you sir for making me seem a savant. And that Murray buzzer beater was awesome. Great fun!

Ham complaining about the officiating in his postgame interview. Really?

Denver led twice I think. At the start of the game and at the final buzzer.

Is Denver the next dynasty?

When the Nuggets turned the defense on starting halfway through Q3, the Lakers couldn't put together any good offensive posessions anymore, and stayed in it only through Bron's sheer willpower, but in the end, they collapsed. It felt almost exactly like when Denver did the same things vs. the Dubs in the reg. season. They suddenly turned on the defense, and you just couldn't score.

It's kind of fun to watch basketball with no horse in the race and you can be a bandwagon fan for any given team for the night lol

Don't worry. Ham has something else in his pocket to stop Jokic. Lol.

Jokic with a casual 27, 20, and 10 on 9-16 and 7-7 FT, 2-4 from three, 2 steals.

Get outta here.

Ten more possessions 88-78 for Nuggets. Fewer turnovers and more offensive boards. They were outshot from three by 43% to 23%. Damn, this is a hard team to beat. Too big. Too disciplined.

So AD had 32 with 7:15 left in the 3rd quarter and then didn't score another point?

Denver just too clutch.

I must admit, reluctantly, that the Lakers played well. Denver just clawed their way in. That buzzer beater must be so demoralizing. Thank you Denver!

MPJ was very good tonight: 22 points, 8/13 FGs, 6/10 threes.

Jokic has another triple-double: 27 points, 20 rebounds, 10 assists.
