I think 6th is doable. I have faith the defense and fouling will improve and we will start to gel the last quarter of the season

Wow… if Mbappe had dribbled through 4 guys in the final seconds of ET and put the ball in the net a fourth time for the WCF game winner… after all the comebacks… instead, Messi gets to walk off a winner in his (almost certainly) final World Cup.

Hopefully the extended minutes/responsibility with Curry recovering from injury will allow for Poole to regain his rhythm/Kuminga and Moody to jumpstart their development/allow Wiseman to make mistakes in a more forgiving NBA setting.

On a side note, it seems like my observations regarding Kuminga's inconsistency when rebounding is bearing out. Hopefully, the coaching staff continues to get on him for that.

Also Looney displayed why he is our eventual Draymond replacement last game!!!

Sheesh. Booker had more FTAs (15) than the entire Pelicans team (13). Pelicans shot more and better, and the three point shooting was just about the same. The FTs probably decided the game. Suns were awarded 35 FTS.

Ot : i remember somekne commentjng during a game thread how bothered they were about Steph being in a ftx crypto ad:

Sounds like some of celebs may be in deeper trouble for promoting crypto than for the usual products

Everyone in the West gets to 10 losses before 20 wins.

Grizz down 20 in the third quarter against the Thunder without SGA… it’s a wild season folks… I wouldn’t be too surprised if they still pull out the W, either… or lose by 30

Meanwhile, over at NBC Sports,

an anonymous NBA exec is quoted as saying about JK and JW "So far those two kids have just not developed in the same way Jordan Poole has..." He obviously wasn't paying attention. JK is in his sophomore season and, for all practical purposes, so is JW. At this point in his soph season, Poole sucked. He didn't get good until late season when he came back from the G-league. IMHO JK is much farther along than JP3 was at this stage of his second season & JW is just about the same as Poole was. It's entirely possible that JW will break out and become a monster before this season is over.

The Dubs are almost certainly in the play-in. Too bouncy to get to 6. Good enough to dodge 11. I hope it's 7 or 8 and not 9 or 10.

7. Done.

I’m thinking 7th seed. Still a contender from there

Andrew Wiggins remains out against the Raptors in Toronto tomorrow night. Seventh straight missed game. Klay Thompson and Draymond Green are probable."

Still no Wiggs, but I'll take a bounce back game for Draymond and Klay.
