Geez I hope the Bucks weren't hoping for too much from Boogie. In 5 games so far, he's giving them 5 points, 4 rebounds, on 35% FG and 14.3% on threes. Haven't watched but I'm assuming he's not too fleet of foot on defense. Kinda feel bad because I always liked his game but after the injury he's just not ... NBA caliber, is that a fair assessment at this point in his career?

I am predicting 4 wins for the Warriors to close out the road trip.

If this loss did nothing but get Kendrick Perkins off of the band wagon, than that is a win in my book!

It's all about the record then I guess - if it is not Warriors trying to feed Steph, it is opponents trying to punish Warrior fans in their arenas. Can Steph just stop being so popular!!

From nbcsportsbayarea.com

Thybulle and the rest of his Sixers teammates clearly took it personal that fans flocked early to Wells Fargo Center covered in Warriors gear and holding signs for Curry trying to make history.

"[Joel Embiid] and I talked today during shootaround and he said 'We're not letting it happen in our house,' " Thybulle told ABC's Lisa Salters after the game. "So I took it upon myself to make sure it didn't."

Looks like we will at least get to enjoy one dunk from Andre a month. If it was up to me, I would just put him on ice until game 4 of the Finals later this year then start him.

This stretch is just a reminder that, for all the times he looks like something else entirely, Wardell Stephen Curry II is human, and he goes through cold streaks and mental lapses like anyone else.

Unfortunately, it gets a lot harder to win when Steph is missing so many shots. I actually think this team can be really good without Steph Curry—just look at what the team does when he sits, these days—but when he's there to actually attempt and miss a bunch, that's worse. He did play well otherwise against Philly, with some great passes and phenomenal screens to get guys open shots, but the Sixers played excellent defense to make it close, and the rest of the team was pretty cold even on open shots, too, so that's a wrap. (How many undefended threes did Dre miss? How did Bjeli make a tough long one with a guy in front of him, but miss wide open ones? Why was Otto not Ottomatic?)

I'm not worried about Steph overall in this season. He might still struggle to find a rhythm while he's distracted by all this talk about the record (one which doesn't even really capture their respective career numbers because it omits playoffs). But he'll be back soon enough.

What I'm wondering more about is the bench's shooting on the road. Feels like everyone on the bench has been way, waaaaay colder, especially from 3, in away games. Given that we have quite a few of those remaining this season, I hope they can figure that out. Maybe it's a fluke, maybe it's something about the way they travel and warm up, but this frigid 3pt% isn't gonna be enough to secure top seed and HCA.

''Thybulle on guarding Steph Curry: "The physical part is easy... The hardest part is the mental side of understanding where he's trying to score, not falling asleep on plays. He can just lull you to sleep ... "

This is where Steph playing full quarters makes a difference. Kerr is playing a long game - not sure what exactly - knowing that not many teams have such defenders and even if they do, we can still win on any night if bench has a decent game.

If NBA defenses are upping their game to try to prevent Steph from getting the record against them, I say more power to them. It would be very weak sauce to sag off him, let him get 19 threes, and congratulate him heartily. Steph didn't get all the threes he's gotten because of pity, and he's not getting it now, either. Bring it on. Guess who will get the record anyway?
